Where to find Billy in Fortnite’s Fortnitemares event

Billy the Puppet from the Saw franchise is in Fortnite as a boss with the arrival of this year’s Fortnitemares event. And one of the Fortnitemares quests is to find and defeat him.

Where to find Billy in Fortnitemares

To find Billy, you’re heading for Freaky Fields, just to the northeast of the center of the island. This POI is mostly fields and barns — good places to load up on guns and ammo — and one, unassuming white house in the southeast corner. That house is where you’re heading.

When you walk through the front door, there’s a TV with Billy’s face directly ahead of you. That’s your target.

How to summon and defeat Billy in Fortnitemares

Before you take on Billy, make sure you’ve got a weapon or three. A good shotgun is probably your best bet, so look for one along with plenty of ammo. Shields are always a good thing, too.

That TV inside the house is how you’ll summon Billy. You can either investigate it or just destroy it. Billy will pop out and start attacking you almost immediately. Luckily, he only uses his Spiralized Slicer pickaxe, so he’s limited to melee.

Try to kite him straight back through the front door. Once you’re outside, you’ll have a little more room to work and move. Take out Billy, and he’ll drop a Boom Billy (that you’ll need for another quest — damage opponents with a Boom Billy), a Shield Potion, a couple weapons, and some FlowBerry Fizz.
