All new video games releasing in 2026
In addition to Rockstar’s ambitious new crime epic, we can expect Playground Games’ new Fable (finally!), Bungie’s Marathon (finally?), a Halo: Combat Evolved remake, three heavy hitters from Capcom (Resident Evil Requiem, Pragmata, and Onimusha: Way of the Sword), Housemarque’s Returnal follow-up Saros, FromSoftware’s The Duskbloods, and two long-awaited new franchise entries from Nintendo: Rhythm Heaven Groove and Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream. Marvel will also have a big year, with a new fighting game, a new WWII game starring Captain America and Black Panther, and the long-awaited arrival of Insomniac Games’ Wolverine.
