Dune: Awakening players kept getting squashed by ornithopters, so an update has made everyone invulnerable to vehicle bashing

The developers of Dune: Awakening have just released a patch in response to player complaints about the game’s PvP zones. Folks were annoyed because they kept getting crushed to death by other players piloting an ornithopter (Dune’s big flying bug vehicle). It was irksome because it’s difficult to damage said vehicle or fight back in any meaningful way. The devs solution is pretty straightforward: “Players no longer receive damage when hit by vehicles”. The same patch also addresses respawn times in PvP areas.
