Dune: Part Two in 4K Gets Its Biggest Discount So Far for Prime Day

Here’s some good news for any fans of both sci-fi movies and physical media. In addition to the first Dune movie being on sale, the 4K UHD version of Dune: Part Two is also on sale. It’s down to $20.99 at Amazon for Prime Day. With this sequel, Denis Villeneuve brings the story of Frank Herbert’s first book, Dune, to a close. Good ol’ Paul Atreides has risen to power, and all will be well with the world of Arrakis (lol). Anyway, it’s just one of many Prime Day deals on movies happening today, but one to check out if you’re a fan of — or interested in — the film.

Dune: Part Two for $22.99

Dune: Part Two picks up the story where the first installment left off and moves swiftly from there. It features the likes of Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Zendaya, Stellan Skarsgård, and a whole lot more, doing a lot of weird outer spacey stuff. Honestly, it’s terrific, and I wish more Hollywood blockbusters were even half as weird as this movie is.

Pick it up if you want to see why our critic, Tom Jorgensen gave it an 8/10, check out our Dune: Part Two review.

What We Said In Our Review

“Dune: Part Two expands the legend of Paul Atreides in spectacular fashion, and the war for Arrakis is an arresting, mystical ride at nearly every turn. Denis Villeneuve fully trusts his audience to buy into Dune’s increasingly dense mythology, constructing Part Two as an assault on the senses that succeeds in turning a sprawling saga into an easily digestible, dazzling epic. Though the deep world-building sometimes comes at the cost of fleshing out newer characters, the totality of Dune: Part Two’s transportive power is undeniable.”
