Helldivers 2 Polar Patriots Warbond – All Skins, Guns, And Rewards
Estimated reading time: 3 minutes
Summer might be on the way, but in Helldivers 2, things are about to get frosty with the new Polar Patriots Warbond. The battle pass of Helldivers 2, this month’s Warbond adds several new weapons, armor pieces, and accessories to the game and can be purchased for 1,000 Super Credits. This premium currency can be discovered in small caches in each level, or if you’re in a rush, you can spend $10 to buy a stack and dive right into the Warbond.
The other neat thing is that Warbonds remain active long after they arrive, so you won’t have to worry about racing the clock to unlock the rewards inside them. Here’s a closer look at all the gear waiting to be earned in the Polar Patriots Warbond.
AR-61 Tenderizer (Assault rifle)
A high caliber assault rifle, this weapon packs a punch but has a limited magazine size. You’ll want to have a good aim when using it, but hitting your target will rip through its carapace or cybernetic armor with lethal ease.
SMG-72 Pummeler (Submachine gun)
This SMG has a slower rate of fire when compared to other weapons in its class, but it does use concussive rounds to leave enemies dazed and confused. Perfect for when you want them to stand still in the middle of an Eagle bombing run.
PLAS-101 Purifier (Energy-based weapon)
A new energy-based primary weapon, the Purifier lets you safely charge a shot and release it at the right time. Hold down the trigger, wait for an enemy to charge you, and unleash some plasma in their direction. Repeat this winning strategy to achieve victory.
P-113 Verdict (Pistol)
A hard-hitting handgun that would make Dirty Harry proud, this sidearm gives you quick access to some impressive stopping power.
G-13 Incendiary Impact (Grenade)
The only thing better than a grenade that can burn aliens and robots to ashes is a grenade that detonates on impact and ignites the area in white phosphorus. And then burns them to ashes.
Motivational Shocks (Booster)
When your squad needs some motivation, turn to electricity. This will shock your fellow Helldivers back into action when they’ve been slowed down by environmental hazards–or Terminid bug vomit–and puts some real pep in their step.
CW-4 Arctic Ranger (Light armor)
This armor is not just a great way to protect your spleen; you’ll also get a ton of pockets with it. More importantly, markers placed on the map will generate radar scans every two seconds, reducing the range at which enemies can detect you by 30%.
CW-36 Winter Warrior (Medium armor)
Take advanatage of the pristine finish on this armor to blend into the winter environments and sneak up on enemies to deliver some high-velocity democracy to them. It also increases your throwing range by 30% and gives your trooper 50% extra limb health.
CW-22 Kodiak (Heavy armor)
Another armor set for the explosively inclined, you’ll get 30% less recoil when crouching and 50% resistance to explosive damage.
