Hytale’s modding scene is off to a great start as Minecraft can now be run inside the sandbox RPG
It’s safe to say Hytale is 2026’s biggest indie hit so far, with the game securely funding the next two years of development before it was even out into early access last week. It seems the idea of a proper competitor to Minecraft was a golden one, but that isn’t stopping modders and passionate tinkerers from putting Minecraft inside Hytale.
