Open-World Camper Simulator Outbound Is Getting A Closed-Alpha Very Soon

Outbound, an indie open-world camper simulator where players live off the grid in their van, is getting a closed alpha on April 14.

A new trailer for the cozy survival-crafting game was shown as part of the 2025 Triple-I Initiative showcase. In the closed alpha, players will be able to explore the plains and forests of the game’s first biome, participate in four player co-op, try out the game’s building system, and more.

To access the closed alpha, players will need to sign-up for the game’s newsletter through the Outbound website. Starting on April 14, random subscribers will be selected to join the playtest.
