Slitterhead Launches In November, Gameplay Trailer Leaks Ahead Of SGF

Silent Hill creator Keiichirō Toyoma and Bokeh Game Studio’s debut horror game, Slitterhead, will launch on November 8 for PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.

A new gameplay trailer was leaked early and revealed the release date. The trailer shows an interesting mix of concepts. It’s set in Japan with supernatural creatures, reminiscent of Ghostwire: Tokyo. However, instead of first-person, Slitterhead is in third-person. You can also possess what seem to be NPCs to fight against supernatural creatures in a similar manner to the Dishonored games.

It appears to play like a third-person action-adventure game where you can swap between different characters on the fly while in combat, similar to the Final Fantasy VII Remake games. There’s also a variety of different physical and magical tools at your disposal, including claws, rifles, and even gatling guns.
