Thank your own personal deity—possibly Doomguy after typing ‘IDDQD’—it’s Friday! Today is all about the continuing deals of “Winter” at places like Fanatical, Green Man Gaming and the various first-party console eshops. I’ve done my best to filter through the white noise of a thousand odd “deals” to find you the true hidden gold. Business as usual, basically.
In retro notables, it’s been 30 years since (arguably) the best Jurassic Park game slid into Aussie Super Nintendos. The “friend of convenience” who lived over the road from me had this, and we spent hours marvelling at a movie tie-in title that was way better than it had any right to be (the Wolfenstein 3D sections were particularly ambitious for the hardware).
