When Legendary Pictures and Capcom announced the actors starring in the latest movie adaptation of the fighting game series, fans were as confused as they were amazed. 50 Cent as Balrog? Ken is the guy from To All The Boys I’ve Ever Loved? Blanka is going to be WHO? But at tonight’s The Game Awards, the casting director behind the 2026 Street Fighter movie has been wholly vindicated as a genius.
