Microsoft has unveiled the new features on the way to the Xbox app for PC as well as Xbox consoles this month–with game hubs highlighted as the major addition. First tested in February, game hubs on PC serve as a landing spot for a title where your progress is displayed along with possible add-ons and developer news. They’re very similar to a Steam page for a game.
Game hubs on the Xbox app for PC will also show off your game captures as well. Additionally, the profile page will share what friends are playing the game and how many hours they’ve poured into the experience.
This is the gaming hub for Sea of Thieves on the Xbox app for PC.
The April update also includes a test for a new submenu with the Xbox Game Pass section on PC. Microsoft says these buttons will direct you to games from select publishers, like Riot Games and EA Play titles.
